Dear Sisters,

Each year Lambda Theta Alumnae Chapter provides our undergraduate sisters with a one day conference that will be beneficial to them, not only in our Sisterhood, but also in their every day lives. This year our conference will take place on Saturday, April 21st, and we are going to focus business and sisterhood by splitting our day into two. During the first half of the day we will provide sisters with the advise and tools they need to have a successful career, whether it be in an office or over lunch. The second half of the day we are going to focus on our sisterhood. We will partake in activities that will allow us to interact with each other, show off our talents and skills and learn just a little bit more from that sister you don't often get a chance to speak with.

Registration and payment are necessary in order for you to be included in the conference headcount (2-step process).

After submitting the registration form you must make a payment of $30 in order for your registration to be accepted.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE
The conference registration fee covers meeting room fees, speaker costs, conference materials, continental breakfast, lunch and sister gift. The registration fee does not include lodging or travel expenses.

IMPORTANT - PAYMENT TERMS
All monies must be received by the stated deadline. Once a registration fee is submitted, it is non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of your payment and/or registration. The Lambda Theta will publish a payment/registration list via the CANA1 yahoogroups listserves for verification of payments/registrations received. Please note, on line payments will incur an additional paypal transaction fee in addition to the rates listed above. To pay by mail, make checks based on the rates listed above payable to "Lambda Theta Alpha-Lambda Theta" and send to Melinda Lopez 4734 15th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105. Send all payment questions to mslopez15@gmail.com.

April 21, 2007 at the University of Washington South Campus Center Room 348/350 in Seattle, Washington.

Who is required to attend?
The Spring Conference is open to all members. However, all active undergratuates within Washington are required to attend.

If I cannot attend the mandatory meeting, who do I notify?
If you cannot attend the Spring Conference you must submit an excuse letter. Excuse letters should be submitted to Elizabeth Tovar, CANA1 AAS, at lambdaladyfs9@yahoo.com no later than April 1, 2007.

How much is the registration fee and what does it include?

Where do I send my payment?
